Typical applications
Typically used for parts, treated, requiring a higher hardness. They are achieved by oil quenching until 45/58HRC and 160/200Kg/m. Some applications are for automotive industry and aeronautics: gear assembly, connecting rods, pieces that require induction hardening to get high requests.
Soldering/Folding
Soldering steel to appropriate soldering process. It requires a controlled preheating and cooling, considering warm reduction tensions treatments after soldering.
Mechanization
Good. If accurate oxyfuel stabilizer or annealed after the torch cutting of parts.
