During the welding process the temperature between the coats of welding cannot exceed 200ºC. It can be welded by studs in preheating.
It can be shaped in cold temperature and we recommend to shape it upright in the sense of lamination. Never heat over 150ºC.
Applications:
This kind of steel is suitable for applications where, apart from resistance to wear and tear, both resistance and toughness are needed. Its possibilities of application are wide enough to build conveyors, mining machinery, levellers, equipment for land movement and mechanical handling, quarries, mining, lorry boxes, dumpers, laundries, mineral ordering, etc.
